Prototipo

Ya he empezado con el prototipo de un vestido de la colección, a ver cómo queda!

I've already started with the prototype of a dress from the collection, we will see about it!



Figurines

Esta es una parte de la colección. Los colores de los vestidos no son exáctamente los de la gama que elegí, pero los pinté para que no los figurines no estuviesen desnuditos. Cuando tenga los definitivos os los enseño.

Here I show you a part of the collection. The colors of the dresses are not exactly those of the range of colors that I chose, but I painted them in order that the fashion silhouettes were not naked. When I have the definitive ones I show them to you.

Crochet

El otro día me adentré en el mundo del crochet, siempre me había llamado la atención pero como ya no me quedan muchas mas horas en el día para ir a clases me puse por mi cuenta, en youtube hay cientos de videos donde te enseñan paso a paso a hacer cosillas desde cero, así que me puse manos a la obra, es cuestión de práctica y paciencia. Al final lo que hice no me quedó del todo mal!!

The other day I went into the world of crochet, I always take an interest in it, but as I have no more hours in the day to go to classes to learn, I put on for my account, in YouTube there are lot of videos which teach you step by way to do little things from zero, so I got to it, are a question of practice and patience. In the end what I made I do not still had completely badly!!

Sellos de hojas

He descubierto la estampación con sellos de gomas, y estoy encantada con el resultado!
Con una gubia, se talla una placa de goma de borrar y con un tampón de tinta de colores se va estampando el motivo y… listo! Ya tengo mi primer estampado para la colección. Al principio puede costar un poco hacerse con la gubia, pero si la coges por el lado correcto todo es mucho más fácil!

I've discovered stamping with eraser stamps and I am delighted with the result!
With a Linoleum cutter, you carved an eraser block and then go stamping the pattern with a color ink pad, and ... that's it all! I have my first print for the collection. At first it may take a while to get used to the linoleum cutter, but if you hold it from the right side it is much easier!

Colores

Hace un par de meses empecé El Estudio de La Casita de Wendy, es un curso práctico en el que te enseñan desde diseño por ordenador, historia de la fotografía, coolhunting, estampación... para terminar haciendo tu propia colección!!

Las tardes de los viernes son geniales, el atelier de Inés e Iván es un ático súper bonito y luminoso lleno de creatividad. En el descanso, aparte de poder conversar con los compañeros, tomamos una merienda deliciosa (sobre todo cuando tenemos clase de diseño gráfico ya que Mónica siempre trae alguna de sus especialidades).

Para empezar mi colección, tuve que pensar un tema de inspiración (como pudisteis ver en el mood board de Ideas elegí el desierto del Sahara). Después tuve que decidir la gama de colores, que aunque quería poner todos, como los tonos de las arenas del desierto y los verdes de los oasis me encantan, al final no fue tan difícil!

A few months ago I began El Estudio of La Casita de Wendy. It is a practical course where you can learn from Computer Design, to the history of photography, Cool Hunting, printing ... and finish by making your own collection!

Friday evenings are great, Inés and Iván's workshop is a lovely bright attic full of creativity. During the break, apart from being able to converse with colleagues, we had a delicious snack (especially when we have a graphic design class, when Mónica always brings some cup cakes)

To begin my collection, I had to think a theme of inspiration (as you could see from the mood board of Ideas I chose the Sahara desert). Then I had to decide the range of colors, although I wanted to use them all, as I love the tones of the desert sands and the green of the oasis, at the end it wasn’t so hard!
